Our Philosophy
For many generations, we have produced our wines with love and respect to nature. The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure a high-quality selection. In the cellar tradition and experience are combined with modern technology to enable the best in processing.
One of the specialties of our winery is the Viennese “Gemischter Satz.” Once almost forgotten, this wine is making a big comeback in Vienna and news around the world. The Gemischter Satz is required to be made up of at least three types of grapes which must be located in the same Viennese vineyard. The main type of grape may not exceed 50% and the lowest amount must be at least 10%. Not to be found elsewhere, this wine is a true Viennese classic.
Our Viennese Gemischter Satz is awarded with the “Slow Food” certification, as special certificate for traditional and sustainable products.
Our award-winning wines and traditional Viennese specialties can be experienced at the Heurigens of the Fuchs-Steinklammer family.
